    I understand that Universal Parks & Resorts already contains Dr. Seuss-related attraction at their parks, but I was wondering; since Universal still has the rights of the Dr. Seuss properties from their creators, what if they would think of someday building the entire Dr. Seuss-related theme park somewhere maybe at Massachusetts (where Dr. Seuss was born) which would have lands and attractions based on Seuss universe and stories and would aim towards children and families of all ages? My opinion: that'd be interesting and would be a fun place for families and kids alike. And if that happens, It'd would be great to have parades taking place in the Mulberry Street-themed area.

    I know there're already been Dr. Seuss-based movies that are produced by different production companies like the Grinch, The Lorax, etc., but what if Disney or Pixar would someday think of adapting Dr. Seuss's classic stories into films too and turn them into thier franchises if that happens in the future? In my opinion, that would be nice idea for Disney, especially they could design thier new princess with a Seuss-like style, don't ya think? ;)
