Norton is the uncle of Horton and Morton. Norton is the uncle to Horton but Morton calls him uncle too. He was only featured as the main antagonist of the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "Horton Has a Hit". He is ruthless, greedy, bad, cranky, negative, lazy, ignorant, evil, selfish, vile, mean, traitorous and taunting. His goal is to make Morton happy and be his guardian while his boss takes Horton on a world tour.
He is the lead henchman of Yertle and a member of his crew (the others being the Wickershams and Jane Kangaroo).
