Mr. Hank Humberfloob is the secondary antagonist turned anti-hero of the 2003 film, The Cat In The Hat.
Mr. Humberfloob is Joan Walden's boss. He is portrayed as very aggressive, mean, responsible, prissy, harsh, ungenerous, menacing, brilliant, earnest, rambunctious, feisty, loquacious, organized, obstinate and bad-tempered, especially when it comes to people shaking his hand without permission, as he is mysophobic (meaning that he has a fear of germs). He keeps a bottle of Hand Sanitizer on the side of his belt, and usually fires people when they either shake his hand without permission, or if the paperwork isn't in on time and done.
His catchphrase is "FIRED!", which he says out loud in the open.
