The Green Eggs and Ham Cafe, based on the book Green Eggs and Ham, is one of the snack bars located in Seuss Landing. A walk-up counter service restaurant, the menu includes Sam I Am's Cheeseburger Platter, Green Eggs ( and Ham Sandwich Platter (with green eggs), and Cat in the Hat cookies.

Shaped like a giant ham, complete with a fork stuck in it for serving, slices of ham act as overhangs for the counter as you place your order, and green eggs replace giant umbrellas to shield diners from the elements.
