A strange animal from Dr. Seuss's ABC who seems to be wearing a pair of Goggles that look more like Glasses. It is unknown why the Goggles are known to be Goo Goo.
In the Living Books version, he has a Gift that was given to him by Greta, however, the Grinch comes and takes it away. He also has two pet goldfishes that like to gulp and eat Grapes. His Grandfather has given him a pet Grasshopper too.
His Goggles appear to be magic as they turn into Glasses, and hippie Shades, Star Shades, Motor cycle Shades.
